-The Pittsburgh Penguins signed D Steve Wagner to a one year deal. The contract is a two-way contract and Wagner can make up to $500,000 at the NHL level. That type of contract is the same as Deryk Engelland and Nick Johnson, both who were recently signed by Pittsburgh.
